Terms of service!

When commissioning me you agree to my tos. Failure to read will result in blacklisting from future commissions and an immediate full refund. Please read before commissioning me thank you! I only accept paypal. When the commission is accepted I'll send an invoice. I think an invoice would still be a good idea tbh... Just to keep a record of it. Anyway, thank you for considering commissioning me!
 
Commissioners agree to the following:
​Artist: 

• I maintain all rights to the drawings/paintings I create under the name of Azurewhitewind. This includes and not limited to; using commissioned work in prints, portfolios and such.

• I maintain the right to turn down any commission I don't feel comfortable doing... 

• I also maintain the right to give a full refund if it's not working out between me and the client. 

Client:

• I can't accept client work from minors. Client must be 18 years or older. It's also against paypal's policy and I'm honestly not comfortable with that to be honest.

• For now I can only do digital work. I can't do any shipping just yet. So just making that clear. Will receive an hi res image png file.

• The client may ask to remain anon and I will not post it to my gallery if desired. 

• The client may post and host the work how they see fit. 

• The client may also color and edit the drawing as they see fit. Credit is really appreciated when it is due.

​Payments and refunds:

Payment is up front. Once I accept your commission, I will contact you requesting your PayPal address so I can send an invoice. Invoices can be paid with Paypal balance or credit/debit card.

Full refunds are ONLY eligible if I can no longer work with a client or if I have taken over a month to complete the commission. No refunds eligible once work has started. I can recycle the sketch or progress on canceled commissions.

I am willing to work with clients if they are unhappy with their service or product. Please do not open a PayPal dispute without contacting me beforehand - I will take legal action if I feel I am being taken advantage of. The client is responsible for their own financial situation. I do not issue refunds for the client's failure to manage personal finances and/or obligations...

How To Commission Me
I accept commission slots via twitter, instagram, dA and FA for now. However twitter is the best place to contact me. Please don't reserve a commission slot if you aren't ready to pay or you don't have references ready.
​Your commission will be void and your slot will be given up to the next interested client.

Once I accept your commission, I will contact you requesting your PayPal address so I can send an invoice.
References: Picture reference is REQUIRED for characters, I will not take descriptions.
Corrections and Edits

• Clients are allowed two free corrections in the sketch phase. Additional corrections will be charged.

• Any desired corrections after I start inking will cost extra, however not all corrections may be doable so please be thorough when I send progress updates.

• Once finished artwork is approved, NO corrections are permitted. 

​The client will receive the full resolution file of their commission at the end of the transaction.

​What I Will Not Draw

• Sexual content involving minors (including cub)

• Sexual content involving quadrupeds (including bestiality)

• Scat, water sports, flatulence, or diapers​

• "​Hyper" body types (physically unrealistic)

• Heavy gore, violence, or death

• Style-matching. I will only draw in my own styles.
